1. Why verification may be required
AlpineLayer may require identity, organization, payment or use-case verification to prevent fraud, abuse, spam, sanctions violations and infrastructure misuse.
2. Information requested
Verification should be proportionate to risk and may include business identity, billing information, domain ownership, payment confirmation or additional account information. AlpineLayer should avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive data.
3. Outcomes
Verification may result in immediate approval, manual review, additional questions, limited service availability or order rejection.
4. Privacy
Verification data is handled under the Privacy Policy and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for risk, legal and dispute purposes.
5. Review
Customers may ask support or billing to review a verification decision, but AlpineLayer is not required to accept an order that creates material legal, fraud or security risk.
