1. Generic TLDs
Disputes concerning generic top-level domains may be governed by ICANN procedures including UDRP, URS or successor policies and are administered by the applicable registrar and dispute provider.
2. .ch domains
.ch disputes are governed by the Swiss registry framework and its dispute-resolution service. Domain holders are responsible for ensuring their registration and use do not infringe third-party rights.
3. AlpineLayer’s role
AlpineLayer does not adjudicate complex entitlement or trademark disputes. It will comply with binding registrar, registry, court, arbitration or recognized dispute-resolution decisions where required.
4. Preservation and locks
Domains may be locked or preserved when required by a dispute process, registrar, registry or valid legal order.
