1. Submit a request
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@alpinelayer.ch. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or interaction, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
2. Verification
AlpineLayer may verify identity and authority before disclosing, correcting or deleting personal data. Verification should be proportionate to the sensitivity of the requested data.
3. Potential rights
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and information about processing or transfers.
4. Customer-hosted data
If requested data is controlled by an AlpineLayer customer and AlpineLayer acts only as processor, the request may be referred to that customer.
5. Complaints
Individuals may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
