1. Relationship
Resellers purchase eligible AlpineLayer services for resale to their customers. Unless separately agreed, the reseller remains AlpineLayer’s contracting customer.
2. Downstream users
Resellers must ensure downstream users comply with AlpineLayer’s AUP, Anti-Spam, Abuse and domain policies. Resellers must maintain working support and abuse contacts.
3. Branding
White-label rights apply only where the reseller plan permits them. Resellers may not claim ownership of AlpineLayer infrastructure or certifications/accreditations they do not hold.
4. Domains
If reselling domains, resellers must comply with sponsoring registrar, registry and applicable ICANN reseller obligations, including use of compliant registration terms and disclosure of the sponsoring registrar where required.
5. Abuse
Resellers must cooperate promptly with downstream abuse investigations. AlpineLayer may suspend an affected service directly where urgent action is required.
6. Billing
The reseller remains responsible for charges on its AlpineLayer account regardless of whether it collects payment from its downstream customer.
7. Termination
Downstream services may need to be migrated, transferred or closed when the reseller relationship ends, subject to product and domain rules.
